I offer in-depth bodywork and supportive healing sessions for people who have been sincerely trying to feel better, yet find their symptoms or patterns keep coming back.
This work can help with ongoing pain, tension, limited mobility, fatigue, sleep or digestive issues, emotional stress, and other physical symptoms that often build up over time through life experiences and prolonged stress.
It can also be supportive during difficult times in lifeโsuch as grief, loss, major changes, or those in-between periods when something in life has ended but the next step hasnโt fully arrived yet. Many people also come to work through past relational hurts or to learn how to show up more fully and honestly in their relationships and their lives.
When Symptoms and Patterns Keep Returning
Physical symptoms are often not separate from lived experience. They reflect how the body and nervous system are holding what hasnโt yet completed.
This may show up as recurring pain, physical symptoms, repeated emotional or relational patterns, or a lingering sense of being stuck or unsettled.
From a nervous-system perspective, trauma isnโt only about what happened, but about what couldnโt finish at the time. When a stress response remains incomplete, the body continues to carry it.
Not as failure.
As protection.

How I Work
Iโm a licensed massage therapist, somatic guide, and midwife of deep healing and change, with nearly 30 years of experience. Sessions are individualized and responsive, guided by what is unfolding through your body and life in real time.
